2027 Cohort Registration
By design, The Equity Exchange is an intimate cohort of up to 40 experienced educators from public and private schools, districts, and organizations.
The registration process helps us create a broad and balanced cohort while learning more about each participant’s professional context, goals, and needs. All registrations are reviewed before participation is confirmed, with decisions shared on a rolling basis until the cohort is filled.

Cohort Balance
To help create the broad and balanced cohort that is central to the TEE experience, we generally limit participation to no more than three individuals from any one school. Districts may have participants representing multiple schools, with larger district participation considered in relation to the overall composition and capacity of the cohort.
Schools and districts interested in sending three or more participants may also consider our TEE Partner Plan, which offers a coordinated approach for teams engaging with The Equity Exchange.
Returning Participants
We also reserve space for up to eight past or returning participants through TEE 2.0.
Returning participants join Rosetta Lee in a dedicated Exchange Pod designed for those who want to deepen their practice and further develop their capacities as facilitation leaders.

What’s Included
Registration includes all Summer Institute programming and meals, along with participation in Cohort Connection calls throughout the 2027 cohort year.
Hotel Accommodations
Hotel arrangements and lodging rates are being finalized. Information about accommodations, transportation, additional nights, and related costs will be shared once confirmed.
Registration Assistance
If you need financial assistance to participate, please indicate that on the registration form. Our team will review your request and follow up with you directly.
Confirmation and Payment
Once your participation is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions and any remaining registration details. Participants selecting lodging will receive accommodation information once hotel arrangements are finalized.
