The Equity Exchange offers several ways for schools, districts, and organizations to engage with our community and deepen practice.
The TEE Partner Plan is designed for institutions that want to connect a small team to the one-year cohort while also creating additional space for coaching, consultation, and reflection within their own context.
The TEE Partner Plan
The Partner Plan creates a coordinated experience for schools, districts, and organizations that want to engage a small team in the one-year Equity Exchange cohort while creating additional space to connect that learning to their institutional context.
Alongside cohort participation, Partner Plan organizations have dedicated opportunities for coaching or consultation, reflection, and deeper consideration of the questions, priorities, and possibilities emerging within their own communities.
Investment
$15,000 per organization
Includes cohort participation for three participants, three one-hour coaching or consultation sessions, one facilitated institutional learning session, and Partner Plan support throughout the cohort year.
Partner Plan conversations begin when 2027 cohort registration opens on November 1, 2026, and continue while cohort capacity remains available.
Timing
The Partner Plan combines shared cohort participation with dedicated opportunities to stay connected, reflect, and apply learning within your institutional context.
Cohort Participation
Three participants join the one-year Equity Exchange cohort together, beginning with the Summer Institute and continuing through Cohort Connection calls.
Coaching
Support
Three one-hour coaching or consultation sessions shaped around your team’s questions, goals, and institutional context.
Institutional Learning
One facilitated virtual session that extends cohort learning to a broader group in your school, district, or organization.
Additional Resource
Partner organizations also have complimentary access to The Inclusivity Index when it is useful and appropriate for their context, with additional analysis and support available for organizations seeking deeper engagement with the Index.
