Our Partner Plan is one of several ways to partner with The Equity Exchange. It is anchored in our flagship Summer Institute and designed for organizations ready to deepen their internal leadership capacity, build community across institutions, and engage in strategic learning throughout the year.

The Partner Plan
The Partner Plan is a yearlong engagement designed to amplify your institution’s commitment to equity and systems of belonging.
It includes participation in our Summer Institute, ongoing coaching, and cohort connection calls—all anchored in relationship, learning, and leadership development.
Cost: $15,000 per organization
Application period: December through May, or until the cohort is filled

Summer Institute
Registration for three participants to attend our flagship Summer Institute.
Lodging and meals are included for all Summer Institute participants.
Yearlong cohort connection calls to foster ongoing relationships, reflection, and shared practice.
Coaching/Consultation
Three one-hour coaching or consultation sessions tailored to your team’s goals. Partner organizations receive complimentary access to The Inclusivity Index, with preferred options for deeper analysis tools available upon request (additional fees may apply).
Recognized Partner
Optional recognition as a Partner Organization in Equity Exchange communications and on our website.
